1 1/2 DOUBLE PHASE CRIMPER

This double phase tool weighs only 8 pounds and has two crimping cams, a phase 1 and a phase 2 that full crimp approximately 2 1/2 inches long each. This tool will work on a panel with a female rib width from approximately .44 to .56 inches wide or is generally refered to as a half inch wide female rib width panel. The phase 1 cam will accomplish up to a 90 degree bend. To use the phase 2 cam one has to rotate the tool 180 degrees and then activate the phase 2 handle. Both phases are required to start the seamer according to the panel manufacturers instructions and also the type of seamer used.
